Jordi Mercé Maldonado, tax ID (NIF) 47821325R, of Carrer Sant Isidre 12, 08187, Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana, Barcelona. For anything about your data, write to hola@rikavo.es.
If you write to us
We use your email address and whatever you tell us only to answer you and, if you are interested, explain Rikavo. We do so because you ask us to (article 6.1.b GDPR). We keep the conversation while we talk and, if you do not end up using Rikavo, delete it within a year at most. Email arrives through Cloudflare and is read in Gmail (Google).
Visit statistics
To know how many people visit the site and how many write to us, we use PostHog, with servers in the European Union. It stores nothing on your device: no cookies and no browser storage. It records the page you view, the language, which site you came from, your browser and device type, and whether you press a contact button. To avoid counting the same visit twice, PostHog computes on its servers an identifier that changes every day, and it does not store your IP address. The basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (article 6.1.f GDPR). The data is deleted after one year.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
Who else sees your data
Only the providers above (Cloudflare, Google and PostHog), who process it on our behalf. Cloudflare and Google may process it outside the European Union, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or take it with you, by writing to hola@rikavo.es. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
